By using RadTask (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

RadTask is an AI task assistant. You describe tasks; an AI agent performs work in a sandbox and prepares actions. Any irreversible action — sending email, scheduling, spending, deleting, or publishing — is held for your explicit approval and is taken only when you approve it. AI can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing what you approve.

Your account & responsibilities

• You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for the tasks you submit and the actions you approve.
• You will not use RadTask for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful purposes, to send spam, or to violate the rights of others.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Connected accounts

If you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or Microsoft 365, you authorize RadTask to take only the actions you approve, using the minimum scopes described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google and Microsoft services remains subject to their respective terms.

Not for regulated data

RadTask is a general-purpose consumer tool. It is not a HIPAA-covered service and is not intended for protected health information (PHI) or other regulated data. Do not enter such data.

Free tier & availability

RadTask offers a free tier with usage limits and may change features, limits, or pricing. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may experience interruptions.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sureel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from actions you approved through the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months (or USD $100 if greater than amounts paid).

Termination

You may stop using RadTask at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
